Freshly painted throughout to create a bright and inviting atmosphere. This spacious apartment includes lots of storage space and a nice open kitchen. Additional conveniences include an onsite laundry room and a gated parking spot. We have an open BBQ and a swimming area for the nice summer evenings for you to enjoy and entertain.

Approved applicants will be required to pay a $150.00 Lease Administration and Technology Fee due at lease signing.


Residents will be enrolled in the Residents' Benefits Package ($14.95) includes no additional charges for all rental payment options which include in-person, ACH, online tenant portal for maintenance, online payments, and electronic statements; home buying assistance, free credit reporting for all rental payments; 24/7 maintenance hotline with live phone support; one time returned payment fee forgiveness and one-time late payment fee forgiveness.

Small pets are welcome for $25 security deposit and $25 a month. All applications will require a pet screening prior to final approval whether you have pets or not, including service animals. Additional application fees and deposits may apply.
