Quarterly delivery of high-quality A/C and Heater filters (with central Heat and or Air systems)
Benefit: No hassle delivery, doesn't require you to remember when to change out your filter, saves you a trip to the hardware store. High quality filters changed regularly improved healthy airflow through your home and help reduce heating and AC costs.
No additional charges for all rental payment options to include in-person, ACH, or check.
Benefit: We give you options to choose what works best for you.
Included tenant portal for maintenance, payment options and electronic statements.
Benefit: Tenants have free 24/7 access to our tenant portal to pay rent online, submit maintenance requests and access electronic statements.
24/7 maintenance hotline with live phone support.
Benefit: Tenants can reach a live person after hours for emergency maintenance concerns.
One time returned payment fee forgiveness.
Benefit: Riverside Property Management, Inc. will grant a one-time waiver of a returned ACH or check payment fee ($25 value).
One time late fee forgiveness.
Benefit: We know life gets busy sometimes so we will grant a one-time fee waiver for your late fee.
Free credit reporting for all rental payments made during this lease.
Benefit: Tenants receive the benefit of positive credit reporting for all on-time rental payments (credit reported to Experian).
Free home buying assistance.
Benefit: One of our experienced buyer’s agents will assist you to get pre-qualified with a reputable lender and work with you to make your dream of owning your own home a reality!
These features are included for $19.95 per month if your rental home has a central a/c system and $14.95 per month if your rental home does not have a central a/c system.
